Donnie Jean Hudkins, current address unknown, last known address is 2885 Ries Street, Norton, OH 44203, along with her unknown heirs, successors, devisees, executors, administrators, relicts, next of kin, and assigns, if any, whose identities and addresses are also unknown.

The object of Plaintiff's Complaint for Preliminary and Permanent Injunction is to declare the premises known as 2885 Ries Street, Norton, OH 44203 to be declared a condemned building, to grant Plaintiff the right to enter upon the property and raze the building, and to place costs for said raising as a lien upon the premises.

You are required to answer the Complaint for Preliminary and Permanent Injunction within 28 days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made March 5, 2021 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
